Emily Eccles Piano Tuition is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and is the “controller” of your data.

Data Held:

Emily Eccles Piano Tuition hold personal contact information as well as information about each student’s piano education, e.g. progress, objectives, exam results and tracking against goals. We only hold the data needed to provide the services you engage us to provide.

Contact information is stored and used for scheduling, invoicing, record keeping and communicating my own services such as recitals. The information is stored My Music Staff which is accessed by Emily, her team of teachers and administrative staff.

Some information will be shared with examination boards if you wish to enter or exams.

No other data will be shared unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

We may also process information gathered by the use of Google Analytics.
